Student Athlete’s Guide
From the initial contact, right through to stepping foot on a college campus; get familiar with the prerequisites and steps necessary to get started on the path to a brighter collegiate future, with All Athletes Inc.
1) Initial Contact and Registration
Interested student athletes or families begin by reaching out to AAI to request a registration form. This form collects essential information, including:
Academic Standing - grades, GPA.
Athletic Performances - competition history, personal bests.
Alongside the form, we request the following:
Film Footage of the athlete: highlight reels, race videos, game clips, in order to evaluate athletic potential.
Photos of the athlete for Identification and profile creation.
2) Assessment Process
Once registration is complete, we use a weighted scale to assess and rank athletes. This ensures a fair and comprehensive evaluation based on the following criteria:
40% Academic Standing: Includes GPA, transcripts and educational achievements.
40% Athletic Performances: Evaluates competition results, personal bests and video footage.
10% Personal Essay & CV: Assesses the athlete’s goals, character and accomplishments.
10% Community Engagement: Recognizes involvement in volunteer work or local initiatives.
3) Athlete Onboarding
After ranking and assessment, successful athletes are onboarded into the AAI program.
During this stage, AAI begins identifying potential colleges or universities suited to the athlete’s academic and athletic profile. Schools are selected based on the athlete’s projected position within the collegiate system (e.g., NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA).
4) Communication with Coaches
Once onboarding is complete, we facilitate contact with coaches from prospective schools.
This step includes sharing the athlete’s profile, video footage and academic achievements with coaches to find the best fit for their collegiate career.
5) Funding for Scholarship Opportunities Program
After a connection with a school is established, AAI provides ongoing support through our Support Funding for Scholarship Opportunities Program, which includes:
Financial Assistance: Allocation of funds raised through sponsorships and events to cover unseen costs, such as:
VISA arrangements.
Stipend allocations per semester for housing, meals or other essentials.
Mentorship Program: Each athlete is paired with a mentor who provides guidance, encouragement, and support throughout their journey.
6) Path to Success
By partnering with AAI, student-athletes gain access to resources and opportunities designed to help them succeed both on and off the field.
Our support system, backed by our sponsors and event guests, ensures every athlete has the tools needed to excel in their academic, athletic, and personal endeavors.
